One of the most important components of working in a veterinary hospital is providing exceptional customer service to the clients who trust us with their pets' care, as well as facilitating information between them and the doctors.
  • Work Ethic

"Work ethic" can be described as the set of moral principles you use in order to do your job in a conscientious way. The following questions give you an opportunity to display your sense of ethical behavior in regards to your career.
  • Veterinary Medicine

These are concepts that we encounter regularly in the veterinary field. Some may be difficult to explain to clients, while others may be difficult to experience on a daily basis. Again, lack of technical knowledge does not automatically preclude you from being considered for the position.
  • Logic and Reasoning

"Common sense" is defined as "sound, practical judgement that is independent of specialized knowledge." These questions will help determine your propensity for making decisions based on rational, logical thinking.
