They are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If your pet has ingested a hazardous drug or chemical most hospitals will ask you to call this number to get a report from one of their diagnosticians. Most doctors will not be able to properly treat your pet without it. Please be aware that they may charge a $75 consultation fee.
